1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeetwinapp platform and all its related services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between jeetwinapp ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

Our platform provides users with online gaming, sports betting, live casino and other entertainment services. jeetwinapp operates as a secure and reliable platform in compliance with SSL encryption and fair play principles.

The word "platform" as used in these Terms refers to the jeetwinapp website, mobile version and all related services. These Terms are effective from the date of the most recent amendment and all previous versions are considered void.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.2 Account Verification

jeetwinapp reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card, passport or driving license may be requested for verification. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the jeetwinapp platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), which applies to all methods.

After each transaction is completed, credits will be added to the user's account automatically. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

• Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used for withdrawals.
• Transferring funds to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka). For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. It is not possible to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Promotional Terms

Separate terms and conditions may apply to each offer and promotion. jeetwinapp reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

Slot games, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services are available on the jeetwinapp platform. Each game has its own rules and betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface.

• Game results are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• jeetwinapp will not be held responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Any prize incorrectly awarded due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Playing games while logged in on multiple devices simultaneously is prohibited.
• For sports betting, bets will be settled after the result is confirmed.

No bets will be accepted after a betting market has closed. In the case of any disputed result, the decision of jeetwinapp will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetwinapp platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automated methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Registering by providing false or misleading information.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed, and the bonus balance will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension by jeetwinapp

jeetwinapp may suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
• In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• In the interest of user protection if signs of gambling addiction are observed.

9 Responsible Gaming

jeetwinapp reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
